Jay Wilbur's studio band (as the Radio Serenaders) play \"The mouse in the clock\". Recorded in London on 5 November 1935. Vocal by Sam Browne.

Crown records were 9\" diameter, and made specially for sale by Woolworths. Despite their cheapness they benefitted from the superb recording studios of the Crystalate company, later taken over by Decca and evolving into their famed FFRR system.
