Emil Dean (1942) was born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa. He had two hit singles there, 'How The Mighty Have Fallen' (1965) and 'Key To Your Heart' (1965).
In 1967 he moved to London. This is his UK 45 on which he covered two Alex Spyropoulos & Patrick Campbell-Lyons (Nirvana) compositions; one of those, \"Lonely Boy\" was included on Nirvana's first LP. But this one wasn't released by the UK duo. It has an extraordinary arrangement by Syd Dale, no less and it was produced by Muff Winwood.
Later Emil became known as Emil Zoghby and had a career as a South African music producer.
