Pattie Brooks released 4 albums on Casablanca between 1977 and 1980, the former two popular in clubs, the latter two largely ignored. Pattie was labelless for two years until signing with Mirage Records (a sublabel of Atlantic Records) in 1982 with a production deal supervised by Sandy Linzer. Everytime I Turn Around was her first single release, followed by Dr. Ruth - a tribute to a then mid-50's holocaust survivor and sex therapist! Once again club success failed to translate into sales success, and sadly this was to be Pattie's last long-player. I have added some mid-80s singles to the bunch (if anyone has her 1987 single All Talk, please get in touch). Pattie has teamed up with Rick Gianatos in recent years and re-recorded After Dark in 2006 and the new song All About The Music in 2009.
