Hailing from Greenwich Village, New York City's mid-90's Punk Rock Party Band \"the 4th Floor\" released only one CD in 1996 under Paradigm Record Label's supervision.

\"4th Floor\" toured as an opening act for KISS, Alice Copper and the Scorpions in '96-'97 before disbanding.
