Released in 2006, Your Love Has Made Everything Beautiful was the first full-length album released by Rodeo Ruby Love after their formation in 2005. This album features a softer and stripped down sound, featuring a vastly different lineup than what would come in future years. It features songs \"A Small House in the City\", later redone on the album \"Vs. the Great American Cities\" and \"It's True\", later redone on the EP \"Honest to God\".
Originally released through the label Crossroads of America, this album was previously the only album outside of their EP \"Honest to God\" that was unavailable on their official Bandcamp page (although it was on iTunes). As with all of their XRA-released albums, the album was unavailable through most mainstream music sources for a number of years, until February 3rd, 2019, in which their entire discography was re-released.
\"While we were working on Operation:Surgery, forming the label, and husband&wife was playing a lot of shows with our friends from up north, Away With Vega, Zack from AWV was toying with the idea of a side project. I have distinct memories of sitting in Zack’s dorm room while he played the first ever Rodeo Ruby Love songs for me. I loved them, and I offered to record an album for him, for free, if he’d let us release it on the label. We recorded all 11 songs in two days, and it shows (sounds real bad…it’s mostly a hi-hat record). But, we all knew right away that these songs were special. Rodeo Ruby Love would go on to be one of the most accomplished and best selling acts we ever worked with.\"
I am in no way affiliated with Rodeo Ruby Love. This channel is simply a passion project, as they have been one of my favorite bands for a long time now. Much of their work was previously unavailable on most major music platforms, so I am doing this to help spread their amazing music around. Rodeo Ruby Love appears under the Pentimento Music Label.
