A single from The Ashes, an LA folk-rock band of the mid-60s. The line-up was Barbara Robison (lead vocals), John Merrill (guitar), Jim Cherniss (guitar), Alan Brackett (bass) and Spencer Dryden (drums). Dryden later joined Jefferson Airplane, while Robison, Merrill and Brackett became members of The Peanut Butter Conspiracy.
