Canadian Jazz taken from the album New Life, originally released on P.M. Records, an independent American label founded by Gene Perla. The album is pianist Bernie Senensky’s first effort as a leader with bassist Michael Donato and long-time Bill Evans drummer Marty Morell round out the trio.
