Tenor Enrico Caruso sings \"Cielo e mar!\" (from act II of La gioconda by Amilcare Ponchielli) on His Master's Voice record V.A.29, played on an EMG Mark Xb Oversize gramophone with a Meltrope III soundbox and a Burmese Colour Needle. Acoustically recorded November 30, 1902 at the Grand Hotel, Milan. This disc was recorded at a very slow speed - I got quite a surprise when I first played it at 78rpm!
