NOTE: both the front and back covers are just a blank dark grey/black surface. What you see in the photo is just the reflection of me and my room in the shrink wrap that still covers the jacket.
Audio ripped from vinyl. This album was allegedly recorded sometime in 1986 by Paul Barker, Roland Barker and William Reiflin of Ministry. The title of the album spells out WAX 019, it's catalog number if it had been released through Wax Trax! Records at the time. This suggests that the album was originally intended to be released shortly after it's creation, but was scrapped for one reason or another. I could not find any information on why this was scrapped back in 1986. I also couldn't find out who pressed the records or who decided to release it after all these years, but I suspect it could be either Paul, Roland or William. According to this album's entry on Discogs.com, this was released on August 14, 2014.
