Here is a song that originated from the jingle for a \"patent medicine\", HADACOL. Very popular in the dry counties of the south because the \"dietary supplement\" contained 12% alcohol as a \"preservative\". Apparently, there were places you could go, \"health bars\" I guess you could call them, where this tonic was offered in shot glasses. There is a pretty interesting article about this in WIKIPEDIA.
