No Escape is Long Distance Runner's second EP, which further focuses and intensifies their sound. No Escape is a set of six dynamic bursts that obscure the line between aggressive styles including hardcore, post punk, black metal and noise rock.
Formed in 2016, Long Distance Runner have quickly become a mainstay in New Zealand's hardcore punk community. With members of established Auckland bands Parents, sere and Human Resource, Long Distance Runner play blistering post-hardcore.
