My handpan/hang drum music is created to help you reach the alpha state of mind (when your brain pulses at a lower rate and you become more relaxed, open, creative and receptive). People usually reach this state after continually listening for ten minutes or more but the time required also depends on each one's personality type and current stress level. My music is therefore great not only for relaxation and stress relief but also for boosting intuition, brain power, creativity and memory.
