You're probably wondering why I'm covering \"band\" music today, or posting on a Monday, or why my hair grows horizontally lately. I've been taking voice lessons with TeraCMusic for the past month, really determined to up my game there and be able to cover more music I love - this led to me opening a ton of one off projects, test demos, and songs I felt comfortable practicing! What many of you might not know is that my biggest influence in music is classic rock and similar, so most of the music I learn and enjoy playing comes from that huge realm. While there's so far nine songs from 1970s-2010s that I'd love to perform here, I'd like to really improve myself on voice technique and even guitar, production before putting them out.. plus I'm REALLY worried the reception may be poopy since I'm not heavily re-arranging these and they aren't from video games.
Looking back, it is becoming more and more insane to think of myself as 27 years old. I've lived through a really special time of the internet age, when we could browse Netscape to visit the Space Jam site all the way to creating a 4K digitally produced music video in my room within 5-10 hours, and music styles growing from grunge and early house to dubstep and progressive metal. The greatest takeaway is that I have a community of wonderful artists and enthusiasts alike, friends who virtually allowed everything on my channel to exist, and so much opportunities to do things I like. When you think of it that way, it makes perfect sense to just throw a Green Day cover on here! I've enjoyed rock since I could hear sounds, loved playing guitar since 2007 when I touched one, and making videos since I was a kid making Lego people act for me. Thank you all.
I'm Ro P. and I make progressive-rock music, covers, and more! If you like crazy riffs, diverse rockin' tunes, or video games you should check out my channel!
