A new academy class is getting ready to graduate. Once they do, they're headed to the streets, including Las Vegas Boulevard. Before the pedestrian bridges were built, Las Vegas Boulevard was a dangerous place to cross the street. Now, people are up and out of traffic and that brings on a new set of issues for law enforcement to tackle.
