First of all, it’s pronounced ‘decoy’. Now that we’ve got that cleared up, let’s get down to brass tacks about Sacramento’s latest hardcore punk protégés: DCOi! came up as young kids in the Northern California punk scene. They formed the band to be part of it all, playing their first show with Whiskey Rebels and Pressure Point. Now they’re drawing out their own legion of young kids, the next generation of pissed off youth.
