The flip side of On A Blue And Moonless Night, also an Osborne tune, but with writing partner Denniker and his sometimes partner \"Crooning Andy\" Razaf instead of with Al Hoffman & Charles O'Flynn. This song I'd been wondering about how it sounded for a while, as I couldn't really find anyone else who even covered it. It, like some others that Will wrote/co-wrote that year didn't really take off.
