This album is about escapism, a future that never was and occasionally... Fast cars. I tried to pour as much of the 80s feel into one album as I could without getting too ridiculous. I suspect it's right on the edge sometimes, but for me that's what the synthwave genre is all about. Over the top retro nostalgia. Also, I am a sucker for movies, so my goal was to do a more cinematic synthwave. It should feel as if listening to a soundtrack of an awesome movie.
