Amon Tobin is one of my favourite producers out there. His sampling skills are just unreal. I can't even comprehend how his brain works while piecing his music together. He combines ethereal and dark soundscapes coupling them with trip hop breakbeats that flicker and fade along with his monstrous grooves, pads and effects. He's just very unique and not a lot of people get his music but the skill is seriously extreme.
This album is from the game Splinter Cell - Chaos Theory that I played way back in the day during the days I was hooked on to the computer screen just gaming away, to glory. It's a kick-ass soundtrack that made playing the game even more enjoyable and I decided to upload it here for you to listen to!
No money is being made off this video and all copyrights go to Amon Tobin and his label Ninja Tune along with the owners of Splinter Cell the game franchise. Monetization is off and this album is to share Amon Tobin's music with a wider audience.
I still enjoy his earlier work as Cujo before he switched to his actual name but Amon Tobin is a much more complex and darker human being ;)
Keep a keen ear while listening to this one! It's a beast!
