Sherbet is the debut studio album by singer-songwriter Nobuo Ariga (ๆ่ณๅ้). All of the tracks on the album were written and arranged by Ariga, with additional lyrics on Track 6 written by Kazuya Takayama (้ซๅฑฑไธไน).
Produced by Ariga for Smile Company, the album features notable players, such as drummer Jun Aoyama (้ๅฑฑ็ด), percussionist Motoya Hamaguchi (ๆตๅฃ่ๅคไน), and keyboardist Takeshi Kobayashi (ๅฐๆๆญฆๅฒ).
The credits feature a \"Special Thanks\" mention to Tatsuro Yamashita (ๅฑฑไธ้้).
