At last, thanks to producer/engineer James Perrett, the complete album can be heard in decent quality audio.

Phoenix was the first of Squire bass player Jon Bicknell's post Squire bands. He joined for one gig and enjoyed himself so much he decided to stay for nearly 3 years until the band split. The original Drums And Wires was formed from the remnants of Phoenix.
