Finally tracked down an ultra-rare SEALED CD copy of ‘Future Prospect,’ a very enjoyable and well-arranged jazz fusion effort led by keyboardist Dan Seigel. He is joined by several other polished musicians on this record, and they really pull it together, I mean I consider this to be Seigel’s best work (dare to say, even more so than Northern Nights ’87)! Several of the tracks were aired on 94Q back in 1987-1988 (the tracks Collage, Anita, Future Prospect, 40 Love for sure), though they were all mysteries to me for nearly 30 years. To be such an outstanding album, it’s a shame this is completely overlooked and difficult to buy anywhere. You REALLY hear Dan's jazzier side on this record!!!
