This was a full-on electric show that was conceived as a counterpart to the all acoustic Pres House show recorded one week later. With Marques' surgery scheduled for December and uncertainty about whether Linus would land a job in Madison and be able to continue with the band, a decision was made to record a series of shows to capture the 5-piece lineup. From this same time period a show at the Harmony Bar was recorded on November 15, 1997, as was an appearance on Live from Studio M on November 30, 1997.
