The Dream Academy were Nick Laird Clowes, Gilbert Gabriel and Kate St. John. Their debut single, \"Life in a Northern Town\" became a worldwide classic hit. Subsequent singles, included The Love Parade, Indian Summer, Love, and 12/8 Angel.
