In 1932, Nat Star recorded an interesting advertising record for Robertson's Golden Shred Marmalade, which was issued on the back of a Solex disc. The corresponding Sterno recording of Coo-ee was never issued, so this is the only known recording of that song.
NB: The advert features a Golly mascot which was used by Robertson's for decades - I remember them when I was young. I'd like to make it clear I don't support racist advertising in any way, this is very much a product of its time, and is presented as such.
