The first album by alternative metal band 10 Years, independently released on August 13, 2001. This is the only release to feature original vocalist Micheal Lee Underdown and bassist Andy Parks. Underdown and Parks would later be replaced by Jesse Hasek and Lewis \"BigLew\" Cosby respectively, as Underdown traveled to California to start a career in acting and Andy Parks left to pursue other interests. The song When Will You Breathe? was written and performed by drummer Brian Vodinh and was released as a radio single. Fallaway debuted at the same time as it. What the Fuck was made available as a pre-release for download on their (now defunct) website, 10years.com. The album name comes from a poem in the insert: \"Us, as human-beings, do not always walk in a straight line. Time goes by with every breath, and with every breath we diminish yet another opportunity. Life isn't a story, a movie, or a dream. It is an experience that you choose to take advantage of or ignore. The half-moon is a representative for your passions, your goals, and your dreams. Talking gets you nowhere. Your half-moon is blood, sweat, and tears away. With this compilation of bits and pieces of our souls, our journey begins; Into the half-moon\" The album name is stylized as \"into the half moon.\" All songs belong to 10 Years and I take no credit for them.
