Recorded in New York February 20, 1928. Released on Gennett as Vic Price and his Orchestra. Since Vic Price and Jack Penny are both pseudonyms, this band is unknown to me, but it IS a good record. Rust has this record listed under the name Vic Price, with the following musicians for suggested personnel; Leo McConville-trumpet, Larry Abbot-clarinet-alto sax, Frank Marvin-uke and vocal.
