From the back of the album:

In this their second album for Capitol, Phil and the Five offer 12 more examples of the swinging, two-beat style which has made them one of the finest Dixieland groups of this or any other day. They parade smartly through a well-chosen variety of tempos with a list of favorite tunes.

The Napoleon crew, which features the fine, fluid trumpet of leader Phil backed by Ken Davern on clarinet, Harry DiVito on trombone, Johnny Varro on Piano, Pete Rogers on bass, and Sonny Igoe at the drums.
