Tiny Woods from Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Red/Blue Rescue Team - dannymusic feat. Gamer of the Winds

What kind of Pokemon are you? How do you do the things you do?

**Huge thanks to Gamer of the Winds for the flute and piccolo! Give the lad a sub!** https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCQFIzKI61fxibPgfPKeJQxw/

The Pokemon Mystery Dungeon series holds a very special place in the pokemon canon. Why? Because these games give personality to the pokemon themselves, something that very few other pokemon games do.

Tiny Woods is the very first dungeon encountered in the game. You are a human transformed into a Pokemon (which one depends on a real-life personality test!) and, after meeting the Pokemon who would soon become your best friend, you must delve into the woods to rescue a defenseless baby Caterpie!

This theme is one of my favorites - it's full of life, energy, and most of all, quirkiness! Arrangement-wise, I kept pretty faithful to the original; it was especially fun to work in the theremin and whistling parts as well as one key \"percussion\" surprise.

It was also a pleasure to work with Gamer of the Winds. He enjoys the Mystery Dungeon game and soundtrack so much; I really wanted to do something from the series with him! Gamer of the Winds's flute and piccolo were a nice touch that brightens up the otherwise very trombone-y texture, and this keeps with the lighthearted mood of the piece.

Thanks a lot for listening! More fun collabs with woodwinds coming soon; if you enjoyed this, be sure to subscribe for more!
