\"Amethyst\" was the third release from solo project, The Art of Breathing. The 3 song demo was written and produced independently between March and June of 2014 by Jon Secor (Former keyboardist/programer for metalcore band, Beneath The Genocide). The songs featured on \"Amethyst\" were first written for an intended full length album, but was later decided to be released as a short demo album of its own due to the experimental sound of each song featured.





The Art of Breathing is the solo project of Southern Californian musician & artist Jon Secor. The project began in the Summer of 2012, and continued through the years as a musical outlet for the former keyboardist/programer for the metalcore band Beneath the Genocide. All music is written, produced, and recorded completely independently in the musicians home.
