His second album in a year, Iowa-based musician Tom Hummer returns with his fourth record, \"Dystopian Blues\". A self-described \"soundtrack to an imaginary sci-fi film\", Hummer forgoes his usual singer-songwriter song structures, in favor of a more instrumental, left-field approach. The result is some of his most experimental and hypnotic music to date.
