Bandit - Partners in crime (Rare remastered vinyl rip - FULL ALBUM - 1978)

Very rare final album from UK group, Bandit. Melodic rock, split half and half with aggressive rockers (Best of you) and pop love songs. Had a lot of airplay with the classic 'One way love' back in 1979, which features one of my top ten guitar riffs from that year. 'Best of you' is another classic. The album notes say \"Mixed with the aphex aural exciter system'. The singer, Gerry Trew, now fronts a Rod Stewart tribute act, and the guitarist, Danny McIntosh has been married to Kate Bush since the early 90's. He also has played guitar on many of Kate's albums. Danny's solo guitar tone, vibrato, and note choices are often reminiscent of Paul Kossoff's. (Free) I spent two hours removing pops and clicks from this lp and transferring to FLAC. Never released on CD. The sound of vinyl is the BEST!
