Notes from Daniel Romberger about the arrangement:
Link's Awakening DX was the first Zelda game that I ever played, and, like Papahl, I spent a lot of time lost in the mountains. Fortunately, the Tal Tal Heights theme is one of the catchiest fan favourite tunes in the OST! Thomas initially arranged this a long time ago (before MAGFest 2020) so it's a pleasure to finally get to record it. It's also a huge pleasure to work with Mark Sparling, a true Game Boy savant who's been able to make a track per day for the instrument. His work with the Game Boy as a sequencer really brought this piece to life (and made that low end MASSIVE when doubled with tuba)!
