Looking at the Brunswick listings for 1933 and 1934, Ambrose was the only British artist to be featured at the time. Just three catalogue numbers either side of Ambrose's first Brunswick batch, we see the likes of Bing Crosby, Cab Calloway and Mae West!
This is one of five records, recorded in March 1933 used to introduce Ambrose and his Orchestra to Brunswick.. His final recordings for the label were recorded just over a year later in June 1934. During this time 41 Ambrose Brunswick records were issued. Most are not easily found. I've 21 in my collection so far.
Recorded 20th March 1933.
Vocal chorus by Sam Browne.
