One of my favorite bands from Germany. Most people are aware of these guys through their albums on Defiance Records, but Pale had two more albums and one EP released on the tiny label Soda Records prior to the more widely available \"Another Smart Move\" in 1999. Swear Jar is their first full-length, which took the tracks from their debut \"Krusty Tag\" EP and polished them up considerably. The band underwent some minor stylistic shifts over the years, beginning with more straight alternative rock, with some punk and emo elements that they would later evolve with. Just hear for yourself. Fans of Goo Goo Dolls, Buffalo Tom, and Doughboys will dig this for sure.
