Track 4 from the \"Outer Perimeter\" LP, by Presage. Mr Dibbs, Jel, Dose One & Anticon are the artists that make up \"Presage\". I wish I was \"in the know\" back when I downloaded these songs while searching for \"Mr Dibbs\" material back in the day. These tracks take on a whole new \"meaning\" for me since 2001 and it was thanks to a friend on Youtube recently that helped me unveil the mystery of songs I had downloaded. I was also able to obtain a couple of missing tracks from that same User. Thank again... ,Enjoy!
