O projeto nasceu com o guitarrista Dick Wagner, que tinha acabado de sair da banda \"The Frost\". Para a empreitada convocou o baterista Ricky Mangone e o baixista Greg Arama, que havia tocado com Ted Nugent na banda \"The Amboy Dukes\".
O viníl, lançado pela RCA, foi produzido por Bob Erzin, que posteriormente trabalhou em bandas como Kiss e Pink Floyd. Apresenta uma boa sonoridade, bem pesada, hard rock puro, com belos arranjos e tem como destaques \"Liberty and Justice\", \"Back To The Land\" e Lay Me Down\".
Não se sabe o que aconteceu, mas a banda ficou restrita somente a este álbum e a mesma se desfez logo após o lançamento do disco. Porém, Dick Wagner teve uma carreira interessante, colaborando para vários artistas como Lou Reed, Alice Cooper e a banda Kiss. Disco obrigatório para qualquer coleção de Rock. Confira!
