Blackcode and 9Lives unite for ‘Remedy’ featuring Robbie Rosen, following on from recent releases on Revealed Radar. Blackcode last appeared on the Revealed Radar with ‘Love Is Violence’ with Adventurer, and it isn’t the first appearance either for 9Lives, who has previously worked with Blackcode on ‘Belong With You’ with Charlie Miller. Robbie Rosen is also a name familiar to fans of Revealed, with numerous features including the huge SICK INDIVUALS team up ‘Come Alive’.
‘Remedy’ starts with a luscious vocal that utilises smart use of reverb and delay, punctuated by warm plucks in the breakdown. The drop sees fluttering synths work together impeccably, binding in a way that is both cohesive and breath-taking in equal measure. It’s obvious that the pair have worked together previously, as the track is a seamless combination of expertly manipulated elements that is elevated by Robbie Rosen’s expertise on vocals.
Collectively, Blackcode, 9Lives and Robbie Rosen have clocked up support from some of dance music’s top-tier artists, including label boss Hardwell, Nicky Romero, W&W, Ummet Ozcan and Blasterjaxx, so the sky is the limit for these talented artists.
