Kiasmos and Rival Consoles remix tracks from Sasha’s recent ‘Scene Delete’, an ambient/soundtrack project inspired by Nils Frahm, Max Richter and Steve Reich.
Erased Tapes artists Kiasmos (Janus Rasmussen & recent Late Night Tales compiler Ólafur Arnalds) and Rival Consoles are the first to reconstruct Sasha’s Scene Delete vision in their own image. Kiasmos take Scene Delete’s fragile, beatless closing track ‘Vapour Trail’ and transform it into an ambient-house anthem, equally suited to home listening or for club use. Rival Consoles’ nocturnal take on ‘Cassette Sessions E’ feeds from the London-based electronic songwriter’s critically lauded style of humanised techno, building from hypnotic melancholia to a joyous crescendo.
