[chizuru] is originally a coupling song for HYENA (maxi-single) then it was included in STACKED RUBBISH (album). This PV, however, is released with FILM BUG II (a compilation of PVs from REGRET up to Before I Decay), that is after the movie version of the PV has been released. The movie version includes some scenes from the Korean movie \"Apartment,\" where it was used as the ending song.
As for the composition of this song, I am not sure who should be credited, as all official sources I have seen indicate \"the GazettE\" as a whole, not just Uruha. If you can link me to an interview stating this is Uruha's song, that will be highly appreciated.
By the way, in the lyrics the original phrase is \"kanshoku no genjitsu\" (cold-colored reality) but RUKI sings it as \"ima\" so it's been changed \"kanshoku no ima\" (cold-colored present moment) in the subs.
Because somebody asked and before others ask, ALL of the GazettE's members are MALES. :)
190531I've taken down the English translation because it's outdated (it was made during a time I was struggling with Japanese and had multiple ideas regarding Chizuru). I made a newer translation with revised wording (and understanding) but I lost it. I recommend Kii's translation (https://heresiarchy.tumblr.com/post/52819084924/the-gazette-ειΆ΄-chizuru-lyrics-translation) which is similar to my newer translation but with better words -- and is a better translation than mine in general, I think. You can also check out Jamie K.'s translation in the comments below (pinned).
