Over the years I've been posting videos and I've had wonderful support. But in my early days, some of the comments weren't so nice. I often received comments about my body that were unwanted and inappropriate. Outside of that, being a female in the music industry brings its tolls, whether its assumptions that you don't know your way around a pedal board or certain expectations that you simply don't fit, nor should anyone mold themselves to fit. It simply shouldn't be a concept of what makes a 'girl'. This song hits right back at that for me.
