“Le Sang des Innocents” de MC Dro-P est un album hip-hop de 15 titres avec de nombreux invités : les Mothership Connection (Manchester, England), Skam, Maroûf et Kemo (Paris, France)
Toutes les instrumentales ont été composées par Dro-P et on retrouve, une fois de plus, ses inspirations soul, jazz, ethio-groove ainsi que les grands noms de la variété française et anglaise d’après-guerre. Le résultat est un ovni hybride entre hip-hop underground (dans la pure tradition 90s) et poésie post-moderne.
Dro-P reste fidèle à ses thèmes de prédilection, mais les titres s’enchaînent sans se ressembler : la mort (Doomsday), la guerre (Guerres aka La Complainte du Coquelicot), le temps (La Coupe de Pythagore), la science au service du post-néo-capitalisme dévorant (Submarine Gang Psychological Warfare), la société du spectacle (Folie Spectaculaire), le féminisme (Judith Dynamite) ou encore la vanité shakespearienne de l’humanité (La Grande Partie).
Le sang a coulé, il coule et coulera encore et encore jusqu’à la dernière goutte, personne ne nous sauvera, aucun dieu et aucun maître.

Dro-P stays true to his topics of predilection, but tracks come one after another without looking alike : Death (Doomsday), War (Guerres aka La Complainte du Coquelicot), Time (La Coupe de Pythagore), Science as a slave of devouring post-neo-capitalism (Submarine Gang Psychological Warfare), Entertainment Society (Folie Spectaculaire), Feminism (Judith Dynamite) or the Shakespearean vanity of Humanity (La Grande Partie).
Blood has been, is, and will be shed more and more, till the very last drop, nobody shall save us, no gods and no masters.
