1988 US mellow funk/soul private pressing. This was ripped from my CD copy of the album, that I just so happened to purchase a month ago...lol

(Had plans on getting the vinyl version but just like the last album I uploaded...I found a cheap CD copy. Went for that one instead)



I'm not usually too fond of late 80s albums, but this one really struck well with me. There's a nice mixture of synths & other instruments throughout the album, and despite it being from 1988 it doesn't really sound like so :)

If there's one complaint I have about this it's that Lullaby is criminally shorter than it deserves to be...😩



Haven't been able to find any info on Herbert Charles sadly, but I do wonder what he's up to nowadays. Anyways, enjoy!
