Lemurian evokes the legend of a lost continent, the spirits of the night in Roman mythology, the big eyes of the primates of Madagascar.
Lemurian is a sextet: two guitars, two basses, drums and West African percussion. It composes collectively always starting from improvisation and without a predefined goal.
Lemurian weaves complex rhythmic puzzles, it travels driven by psychedelic sounds, it dips in brain harmonies and it explodes into seductive melodies. Often it overwhelms and sometimes it makes your head spin.
Lemurian unites musicians who play or have played with Mithra, Juggernaut, Cayman The Animal, Max Carnage, North by Northwest, Restless Wrestlers, Threat Of Riot.
Lemurian comes out with \"Spettro”, its first album, out in February 2016 on Cave Canem D.I.Y..
