Recorded February 27, 1923

Beautiful rendition of this great early 20's \"Blues Fox-Trot\", performed by the great Arnold Johnson band. Arnold Johnson initially started playing with the Frisco Jass Band (featuring saxophonist Rudy Weidoeft) in the West Coast production of \"Canary Cottage\", but later started his own orchestra that recorded on the Brunswick label for many years. Notable in this recording are the excellent piano obbligato by Johnson behind the beautiful violin solo, and the rideout with excellent statements by saxophones. Enjoy!
