Natural Woman is the second studio album by Yumi Seino. Many musicians, such as Jake H. Concepcion, Hiroyuki Namba, Akira Inoue, and Yoichi Takizawa, have contributed to the album's production as well as many other city pop albums. Track #6 is a cover of a song by vocal group Hi-Fi Set (written by Yumi Matsutoya, then known as Yumi Arai.)
