An explanation to the album's name ΜΗΟΥΣΑ can be found in the first song: «Lieder zu singen jenseitz der Menschen» — songs to sing at the other side of the people. Menschen, the people of West, originate from scattered Mediterranean islands of Hellas, gathered together by the Logos. No one knows today what this logos was. Echo, having set off to Phersephone's black-walled home, retrieved this logos for us in her own manner — distorting it. ΜΗΟΥΣΑ — this is how we hear it today. Perhaps, the original word was Μουσα (Muse) or Μεδουσα (Medusa)? But can anyone today say without a smile: «Ἄνδρα μοι ἔννεπε, Μοῦσα» (Muse, sing me a human)? At the beginning of the last century Wagenheim made a sad joke about it, drowning Musya in Neva river and leaving the last philologist in the clammy paws of horror and despair. Philostratus, we still hear your songs, unlike Wagenheim, but what will be our end? ΜΗΟΥΣΑ, which means approximately \"nonexistent\" — a name that has to dissolve the existent in Being, having curing the drowsiness with somnolency.
