We are all being controlled. Whether we like it or not. On the surface this album is about the way in which art controls it's listeners and their emotions. But it also controls the artist themselves, consuming them within their own projects and compelling them to continue to create until they die (whether they like it or not). You will soon see that this is only the tip of the iceberg in the layers of control we begin to unravel through the course of this album. In a day and age in which the entire world is being controlled and manipulated to no end, we are getting to the root of what controls us all.
