\"Quite a few Brit-Pop bands of the early 90s would have had no stress with the album cover on this record. Still looks very modern today.
In contrast, the songs seem quite vintage. Mainly singer-songwriter-psychedelic music. The spectrum of the songs ranges from the very early Bowie (\"Goodbye Again\") to the contaminated Kinks blend (\"Deaf Priscilla\").
Some of the songs come across from the speakers (\"Kaleidoscope\"), but that doesn't hurt with music of this kind , but as is well known, sometimes even contributes to a good trip.

Buy recommendation: Yes - the disc wins surprisingly when you listen to it several times and may actually be one of those lost gems of this oh-so-crazy era ... although I'm not entirely convinced yet.\"
