Worry is an instrumental album produced under the name “Craymeco” by myself, Brandon Riley. It draws influence from many different Metal bands of the last few decades. The compositions generally stick to a Metalcore or a Thrash Metal formula, but the whole album is best described as a Progressive Metal album, as I’ve experimented with other subgenres here as well.
This collection of songs is an original work that took about one year to complete. I’m quite sure I started working on it in November of 2017, and the official release date was on October 27th 2018. The original release date was planned for March of 2018, but the album was not nearly complete at that time. In fact, only about half of this albums songs had even been composed at that time, as well as a few other demo tracks that were cut from the final release.
Each song was mostly crafted under high emotional stress. As most of the track titles suggest, I had been through some difficult times while putting this album together. Regardless, I am extremely grateful for everything that inspired the creation of this album. Without the experiences I’ve had in this past year, Worry may not exist.
