In 1930, Jimmy Dorsey was visiting the UK with the Ted Lewis Orchestra and was persuaded to pop into Decca's recording studios to make five recordings - some of his earliest solo work. This side also has superb drumming by Bill Harty - the perfect accompaniment to a jazz legend!
